These Terms apply to the BJCPRO partner application, approval, activation, referral tracking, commissions, payout operations, and Stripe Connect payout flow as currently implemented in the product and related internal rules.
1. Eligibility and program scope
These Partner Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the BJCPRO partner program. The commercial program is offered under the BJCPRO brand by the same service provider identified in the public Terms and Conditions.
The program is intended for creators, educators, agencies, affiliates, and referral partners who can promote BJCPRO lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that fits the brand. BJCPRO may limit participation by geography, payment-rail availability, onboarding requirements, fraud signals, prior account history, duplicate applications, or other commercial or compliance considerations.
Participation is an independent commercial relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, mandate, or legal representation authority between BJCPRO and any partner.
2. Application, email verification, review, and approval
- A partner application is not complete when the form is submitted. The applicant must first verify the email address used in the application.
- Email verification currently expires after 24 hours. If the email is not verified in time, the application may be deleted or invalidated and the applicant may need to start again.
- After email verification, applications move into manual review. BJCPRO may approve, reject, request clarification, or decline to move forward with any application at its discretion.
- Approval is not guaranteed, and BJCPRO does not guarantee any review timeline, acceptance rate, or minimum commercial opportunity.
3. Account creation, activation, and credentials
- A partner account and partner login are created only after approval.
- The approved applicant must activate the account through the secure activation flow provided by BJCPRO.
- The partner is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity performed through the partner account unless BJCPRO is notified promptly of unauthorized access.
- BJCPRO may restrict duplicate, shared, or confusing partner accounts and may require clarification before allowing more than one application or account tied to the same person, business, or promotional operation.
4. Participation standards and restricted conduct
Partners must provide accurate application information and promote BJCPRO in a lawful, professional, and non-deceptive manner.
- No spam, fake leads, deceptive incentivized traffic, or funnel activity designed to manipulate conversions.
- No misleading urgency, disguised ads, false testimonials, false earnings claims, or unrealistic performance promises.
- No impersonation of BJCPRO, confusing brand usage, fake support channels, deceptive visual identity, or unauthorized coupon campaigns.
- No bidding, campaigns, or paid traffic targeting BJCPRO brand terms when BJCPRO has restricted that conduct.
- No promotion that violates platform rules, applicable law, payment-provider requirements, advertising standards, or BJCPRO program policies.
- No partner may present itself as an employee, legal representative, exclusive agent, or authorized spokesperson of BJCPRO unless expressly authorized in writing.
5. Referral links and attribution
BJCPRO may track visits, referrals, and partner-attributed conversions through referral links, partner codes, cookies, local storage, server-side attribution records, and other attribution controls supported by the product.
A valid referral may remain active for up to 30 days unless it is locked sooner by an eligible recorded step in the signup or purchase flow. Once attribution is locked by BJCPRO, later visits through another referral do not automatically overwrite that attribution.
BJCPRO platform records control attribution eligibility. A click, visit, or code entry does not guarantee credit, and BJCPRO may decline or adjust attribution when records are incomplete, conflicting, fraudulent, duplicated, stale, or technically ineligible.
6. Commission models and active configuration
BJCPRO currently operates partner payout models identified in the product as Accelerator and Evergreen. Commercial rates, timing, limits, and promo settings are displayed in the application flow, activation flow, and partner portal as applicable.
The model selected in the public application is an initial preference. BJCPRO may approve an application with a particular commercial setup, and the model confirmed during activation becomes the partner's active model.
Once a model is confirmed at activation, it is currently locked for 90 days. Any later model change, if allowed by BJCPRO, applies prospectively only and does not recalculate historical commissions, closed payout batches, or previously paid amounts.
7. Promo codes and customer discounts
BJCPRO may allow a partner-specific promo code or offer to be attached to the partner account. If enabled by BJCPRO, the discount and its limits are controlled by the partner portal and related system settings.
Unless BJCPRO expressly allows otherwise in the portal, partner promo treatment applies only to the first paid invoice associated with the eligible subscription setup. Free-trial periods do not release payout money by themselves. BJCPRO may decline overlapping promotions, adjusted invoices, prorations, upgrades, downgrades, or other non-standard billing events from promo treatment or commission treatment.
Where BJCPRO shows a shared promo cost in the portal, that cost split applies only as displayed in the platform configuration and only for eligible transactions recorded by BJCPRO.
8. Eligible commissions, exclusions, and reversals
- A commission becomes eligible only when BJCPRO records a real paid invoice tied to a valid attribution and an eligible commission phase for that partner.
- Zero-amount invoices, free-trial-only events, unpaid invoices, canceled invoices, invalid attributions, or other ineligible transactions do not create released commission value.
- BJCPRO may reverse, cancel, reduce, offset, or refuse commissions connected to refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, abuse, duplicate attribution, policy violations, payment reversals, or other transactions BJCPRO reasonably determines should not remain commissionable.
- If BJCPRO has already transferred funds related to a commission that later becomes reversible, BJCPRO may reverse that transfer or offset later commissions to the extent permitted by Stripe, applicable law, or platform controls.
9. Holds, approvals, transfers, and Stripe Connect
Commission statuses shown in the partner portal may include pending, approved, paid, reversed, or canceled. Pending and approved statuses inside BJCPRO are internal program statuses and do not mean the funds are already visible in Stripe Express or already paid out to a bank account.
To receive partner transfers, the partner must complete the Stripe Connect Express onboarding required by BJCPRO and Stripe. BJCPRO may delay or withhold transfers until onboarding, compliance, payout, or account restrictions are resolved.
BJCPRO may apply review windows or holding periods before approving a commission. After approval, BJCPRO may transfer funds only when the related source funds are available for transfer and the connected account is eligible to receive them.
Stripe balance timing, settlement timing, payout schedules, and settlement currency are controlled by Stripe and the connected account settings. The currency in which a customer is charged is not a promise that the partner will receive a transfer in that same currency.
10. Taxes, invoices, and partner responsibility
Each partner is responsible for its own taxes, filings, invoices, registrations, withholding analysis, and related compliance obligations applicable to its business activity, unless BJCPRO expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
BJCPRO may request tax, identity, payout, or compliance information before or after approval. Transfers or participation may be paused while required information is missing, inaccurate, expired, or under review.
11. Suspension, termination, and program changes
- BJCPRO may reject an application, pause a partner account, block a partner account, suspend promotion, disable promo settings, reverse commissions, or terminate participation when BJCPRO detects policy violations, compliance risk, fraud, deception, abusive conduct, brand harm, payment risk, or other material concerns.
- BJCPRO may modify the partner program prospectively, including rates, eligibility rules, payout rules, traffic restrictions, supported countries, onboarding requirements, or operational flows.
- BJCPRO may end the program entirely or for a specific partner, provided that any treatment of already-recorded commissions remains subject to these Terms, BJCPRO system records, Stripe constraints, and applicable law.
12. Disclaimers and limits
BJCPRO does not guarantee acceptance into the program, referral volume, conversion rates, customer retention, payout timing, payout currency, or any minimum level of earnings. Program performance depends on product demand, customer behavior, attribution validity, payment success, refund and dispute rates, partner compliance, Stripe processing, and other factors outside BJCPRO's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BJCPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to the partner program, even if BJCPRO was advised that such damages might occur.
13. Contact
Questions about the partner program, activation flow, or these Terms may be sent to blackjackcounterpro@gmail.com. BJCPRO may update the contact channel used for program support inside the product or in later notices.
