BLACKJACK COUNTER PRO (“BJCPRO” or the “Application”)

The controller of the personal data collected through the Application is an independent developer, owner and operator of Blackjack Counter Pro, who acts as the global data controller in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection. To enable your use of the Application, manage your account, and offer you a personalized experience, we may process the following categories of personal data:

- Technical and connection information, such as approximate IP address, access logs, and data related to subscriptions and billing managed exclusively by Stripe or other external payment processors, with Blackjack Counter Pro not directly storing full card data or other sensitive financial information.
§3. PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The personal data described above are processed for the following legitimate purposes, which are necessary for the operation of the Application:
- To enable the creation, authentication, and management of your user account through external providers (for example, Google or Facebook).
- To provide access to the functionalities of the Application, including training modules, card counting tools, and analytical features.

- To manage subscriptions, renewals, and charges for paid plans through external processors such as Stripe, without directly processing full card data.

- To comply with legal obligations, respond to requests from competent authorities and, where applicable, exercise or defend rights in administrative or judicial proceedings.
