BLACKJACK COUNTER PRO (“BJCPRO” or the “Application”)
§1. IDENTITY OF THE CONTROLLER
The controller responsible for processing personal data is NOÉ DOMÍNGUEZ ALDANA, an individual service provider who operates Blackjack Counter Pro in Mexico, registered under RFC DOAN9002225Z5, with a contact address in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Mexico, and legal contact email blackjackcounterpro@gmail.com. §2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
To enable use of the Application, manage your account, and provide a personalized experience, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Basic identification data obtained from the authentication provider you choose (for example, Google or Facebook), such as display name, provider ID and, where applicable, profile photo.
- Contact data, primarily the email address associated with your Google, Facebook, or other compatible authentication provider account.

The personal data described above is processed for the following legitimate purposes, which are necessary to operate the Application:
- To enable the creation, authentication, and management of your user account through external providers (for example, Google or Facebook).
- To provide access to the functionalities of the Application, including training modules, card counting tools, and analytical features.
- To personalize your experience within the Application based on your preferences, language, and saved settings.
- To manage subscriptions, renewals, and charges for paid plans through external processors such as Stripe, without directly processing full card data.
- To send communications strictly related to the service, such as operational notices, technical support, and information on relevant changes to the Application or to this Notice.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to requests from competent authorities and, where applicable, exercise or defend rights in administrative or judicial proceedings.
§4. DATA TRANSFERS, PROCESSORS, AND CONFIDENTIALITY
