Terms and Conditions

1. Provider identity and acceptance

Blackjack Counter Pro is operated in Mexico by NOÉ DOMÍNGUEZ ALDANA, an individual registered with the Mexican Federal Taxpayer Registry under RFC DOAN9002225Z5 (the “Provider”). For contact, legal notices, and matters related to the Service, the Provider may be reached at blackjackcounterpro@gmail.com and through a contact address in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Mexico. By accessing or using the application, website, training modules, or any related services (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Service

  • Purpose: The Service is a digital training, analysis, and educational platform for practicing blackjack decision-making. It is not a casino, betting operator, wagering intermediary, or real-money gaming service, and it does not place bets on your behalf.
  • Minimum age: To use the Service, you must be of legal age in your country or jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
  • Lawful use: You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. If you apply knowledge obtained from the Service in real-world environments, you remain solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and venue rules.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
  • The Service may offer Free, Pro, and Elite plans with different features, limits, and prices. Paid plans are subscription-based and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle through the available account and billing tools.

4. Payments, invoicing, and taxes

  • Payments are processed by external providers such as Stripe. The Provider does not directly store full card data. If you cancel a subscription, cancellation applies to future renewal and access remains available until the end of the already paid period, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
  • If you require a tax invoice or CFDI, you must provide complete and accurate tax information. Invoices or tax receipts are issued according to applicable law and the data provided. Each user remains responsible for their own tax obligations, and certain transactions may be subject to legal validations or withholdings where applicable.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, winnings, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • You use blackjack training content and strategies at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights over the Service, including source code, branding, designs, text, interfaces, and training content, belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms.

7. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, operational, legal, or commercial changes. Material changes will be communicated through the Service and/or the email associated with your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, policy violations, payment risk, security risk, legal requirements, or material breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and manage subscription cancellation through the available tools.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City. Nothing in this clause waives any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
